Chelsea Wylde

With natural tone and grace, Chelsea has a voice and stage presence that is highly sought after. Regular appearances at The Ellington Jazz Club led her to performing with Lior, Nigel Westlake, WASO, House Gospel Choir and Fatai as well as working with seasoned writers, producers and musicians in Los Angeles on the beginning stages of her first solo release. Chelsea’s EP Edge of Myself is now available on all listening platforms world-wide. When Chelsea is not running the Dalkeith Road School of Music Community Choir or flying to Sydney for voiceover work, she can be found nurturing the beautiful plants at our school or writing more soul inspiring songs.

Keaton Staszewski-Hose
Piano, Guitar, Voice

Although Bach and Mozart are Keaton’s greatest musical idols, he is thrilled by all genres and particularly enjoys playing jazz standards on the piano. Keaton, who is studying a Bachelor of Classical Music at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), has participated in multiple successful seasons of the Bunbury and Fremantle Eisteddfods, often taking out first place in classical and musical theatre items. With a busy performance schedule at the academy, Keaton can be found singing with their Chamber Music Choir Eneksis, performing opera with his cohort or dreaming of an operatic career! Second only to his passion for the stage, Keaton thoroughly enjoys teaching music and is committed to ensuring each student receives a rich musical and instrumental education.

Do you love to sing? Do you want to do it just for fun? Then our Community Choir is perfect for you! No singing or music-reading experience is required either!

Besides singing great soul, blues, pop, gospel and folk songs, you'll learn improvisation and harmonisation; improve your rhythm, ear and pitch; and build confidence. It's musicality and fun combined!

We meet on Wednesday evenings from 7pm-8:30pm during School terms (with a break for tea and coffee!) You are free to join us at anytime during the term.

Each choir session is $10 per person.
